Own campaign architecture and performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok for 3–5 client accounts across GCC and global markets. You'll run the strategy and the execution.
Design and execute A/B experiments on landing pages, onboarding flows, and checkout funnels. You build the testing roadmap, run the tests, and own the conclusions.
Lead concept development and hook testing across paid social campaigns. You understand why creative works, how to find the angle, and how to measure the result.
Produce motion-first creative for Meta Reels, TikTok, and YouTube across ecommerce, app, and B2B clients. Platform-native, performance-optimised, and fast.
Build and validate attribution infrastructure: server-side events, Meta CAPI, GA4, MMP setup, and CRM-to-ad platform data pipelines. You make measurement trustworthy.
Work across client growth strategy, scaling architecture, and market entry planning. You connect the performance layers into a coherent system and own the commercial outcome.
Produce the industry analysis, case breakdowns, and thought leadership that builds Adzyon's authority in GCC performance marketing. Research-first, opinion-backed.
Where we operate
We're not remote-first or office-first. We're structured for the work — which means different things for different roles.
Primary base
Dubai, UAE
Client-facing roles are predominantly Dubai-based with the expectation of in-person client interaction.
Secondary market
Riyadh, KSA
Growing KSA presence. KSA-based candidates considered for relevant roles.
Remote roles
Engineering, Creative, Content
Technical, creative, and content roles are fully remote. Quarterly in-person at the Dubai base is expected where feasible.
Working hours
GCC timezone + 4hr overlap
Remote team members maintain at minimum a 4-hour overlap with GST (Gulf Standard Time) for synchronous work.
